Hannah-Grace provides supported accommodation to young people aged 16+ years. All of our homes are staffed 24/7 by qualified and hardworking staff who endeavour to deliver the most professional and compassionate support to all of the young people entrusted into our care. This age can be difficult time for young people in supported living, that’s why we work relentlessly to equip all of our young people with the necessary skills, both emotionally and practically to make the transition into adulthood an enjoyable and successful experience.
